Christine has a successful record as an executive and leader, bringing over 20 years of industry specific experience to the Seldox team. She has led high-performing teams at start-ups and mid-sized companies, including most recently serving as the chief operations officer at VitalPath, a private company that finds complex solutions for medical device partners. During her career, she has successfully launched global operations, implemented sales operations, revised new product introduction plan through value mapping and owned profit/loss of $100M.

Doug Bliss

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Bliss is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience driving operational efficiencies and growth. Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Seldox®, leading operational and manufacturing initiatives. Previously, Mr. Bliss served as the Chief Operating Officer of SelenBio, Inc. (acquired by Seldox®) where his primary focus was on corporate restructuring and organizational turnaround. Prior to SelenBio, Mr. Bliss was part of a family office investment group where he held various fractional leadership positions supporting portfolio companies – specifically in the innovative technology and healthcare end markets. Mr. Bliss's key industry experiences span across defense, enterprise and government technology, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality.

Shelby Sticksel

VP of Commercialization

Shelby Ann Sticksel is the VP of Seldox, a subsidiary of SelenBio Inc. SelenBio Inc. is a biotechnology company specializing in antimicrobial solutions using proprietary SELDOX® technology for healthcare, consumer, and industrial applications. Additionally, she is the Co-Founder of Clearfork Consulting Group (formerly The Sticksel Group), a consulting firm tailored towards start-up and growth stage businesses, specifically ($0-$35M in annual revenue) bringing maturity to internal processes and procedures. Key areas include FP&A, program management, technology implementation, back-office operations, and business strategy.
